We are looking for a hardworking Truck Driver to join our Logistics Department.

Responsibilities

• Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
• Document and log work/rest periods and kilometers spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Collect and verify delivery instructions
• Report defects, accidents or violations

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Truck Driver
• Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc)
• Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
• Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
• No recent moving or driving violations
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
• Experience in handling Hazardous materials
• Valid truck driving license in UAE
• 5 Years driving experience in UAE

The ideal person should be qualified in accounting finance and must have knowledge of UAE VAT and tax.

Responsibilities

The objective of the role is to manage monthly accounting and book-keeping and manage client interaction related to accounts, Finance Job responsibilities, Handling accounting entries bookkeeping and daily accounting, operations, Preparation of VAT returns, reporting & maintaining accurate month-end records by examining all financial statements, Perform general accounting functions accounting records and other related duties in the daily administration of the accounting department, Maintain digital and physical financial records, Keeping track of all payments and expenditures including payroll, invoices, statements etc, Handle all client queries related to their payments and accounts-related queries.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Finance or any other relevant degree related to Accounts is a must
• Must have 1-2 years’ experience in Accounting and Book keeping
• MS Excel Knowledge of basic accounting is a must
• Knowledge in UAE VAT regulations and local laws
• Must have a basic knowledge in Chart of Accounts, Journals, Sales Invoice and Expense
• Knowledge in Zoho books, Tally, or any other accounting software is an advantage
• Languages : English is must, Hindi is advantage
